Trainer's workshop
Trainer's workshop is designed to provide trainers with the expertise and advanced skills necessary to effectively train others in the factory. The workshop is tailored for both new and experienced trainers covering techniques for a variety of skill sets. In addition to the training curriculum on local labor law, EHS regulations and presentation skills, trainers will receive best practices and business knowledge to help further internal orientation and refreshment training for basic level management and workers.

Education and training are key roles of the Environmental Health & Safety programs. We hope to empower the employees with the knowledge to be able to recognize and identify hazards in their workplace. Training will also aide in ensuring that environmentally sound practices are adhered to so that the factory will have a sustainable future. This workshop is designed to educate internal staff to monitor factory's EHS practices. Designated EHS specialist will be trained on the following areas:

- How to do site visits to audit EHS performance
- How to prepare, modify and introduce program documents
- How to organize and conduct EHS trainings
- How to check the execution of the work instructions on a regular basis
- How to perform regular EHS audits

Compensation & Benefits Specialist workshop
Employment practices are the core performance criteria of Code of Conduct. It's the priority of the factory to abide by the local labor law and regulations. This workshop aims to provide Compensation & Benefits Specialist an understanding of necessary skill and expertise in working hours and wage system. Designated Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be trained on the following areas:
- How to administer and maintains database of employee information including but not limited to salary ranges, individual salary and benefit information, etc. to facilitate the development of standard and specialized reports.
- How to maintain the human resources information system record.
- How to administer the labor timekeeping system including training of employees, system updates and recordkeeping.
- How to coordinate records retention processes relative to employee files
- How to administer benefits programs such as social insurances, paid leave, paid annual leave maternity and paternity leave etc.
- How to maintain and apply knowledge of company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
- How to identify factory rules and regulations whether legal or not.
- How to provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- How to ensure outsourcing employment are legal
- How to respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
