
Jason Ho
Jason is the founder and General Manager of ICS. He has over 8 years experience in the field of ethical trade and labor standards. Jason specializes in strategy consulting, developing management systems such as SA 8000, EICC, ICTI, WRAP and BSCI.
He holds a BA degree in Economy and Management from North University of China. He is also a registered SA 8000 lead auditor and ENSR certified EHS auditor. Prior to ICS, Jason has previously worked as a senior Ethical Standard auditor for Wal-Mart, where he monitored and ensured social and environmental compliance in factories. He also educated suppliers for the necessary changes needed for compliance. Field audit and remediation reach a broad industry of footwear, toy, electronic, house ware, apparel and furniture. He visited over 1,500 factories over the past 8 years. With international vision and network, Jason is able to support local SMEs and MNCs in developing CSR strategy, identifying business case and implementing supply chain responsibility.
Jason believes that CSR is intrinsic to creating trustworthy brands. We are making great efforts to help brands to achieve sustainability in supply chain management and responsible competitiveness.
Keanu Zhang
Keanu joined ICS in Feb 2006 as an operation manager. He has strong knowledge on social compliance and more than four years in this area. Over the past two years, Keanu gave numerous innovative ideas for ICS's online platform and established relationship with Bureau Veritas, BSR and Intertek.
Keanu is experienced in SER audits and also a registered SA 8000 lead auditor. He performs gap analysis against SA 8000, WRAP, C-TPAT, EICC, ICTI and ETI. In 2007, he organized a number of events to raise CSR awareness among small and medium enterprises.
As a CSR practitioner, Keanu is energetic and has strong belief in fair labor and social accountability. He is now in charge of FAST project, which was initiated by ICS to help factories build capacity.
Keanu believes that more systematic approach that includes beyond factory monitoring and a variety of management systems intervention aim at eliminating the root causes of poor working conditions will result sustainable improvements in supply chain.
Laiven Lu
Laiven Lu joined ICS in 2006 as a senior consultant. He holds a BA degree from Nanchang University and has been working in HR for over 10 years. He has previously worked as a social compliance auditor for HKQAA. Laiven has a profound understanding of supply chain labor initiatives such as SA8000, ICTI and WRAP. He has hands-on experience in helping factories implement management systems such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
The working experience in factories provides Laiven substantial knowledge on workers' communication, internal coordination and factory management. He is also familiar with quality system and C-TPAT certification.
Vivian Xu
Vivian joined ICS in 2006 and serves as a HR consultant. Prior to this, Vivian has previously worked as an HR manager for over 5 years in manufacturing facilities. She is also involved in a range of projects to enhance morale and productivity, reduce job turnover, and help organizations increase performance and improve business results. She also helps factories to effectively use employee skills, provide training and development opportunities to improve those skills, and increase employees' satisfaction.
Vivian has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prof Chen Liang Rui
Prof Chen is a member of PRC Labor Law Research Association and has a profound understanding of labor issues. He is also an expert on corporate management and strategic planning. He has previously worked as CEOs for a number of foreign invested companies in Pear River Delta area. In supply chain responsibility, he is one of the pioneers who researched MNC’s code of conduct and multi-stakeholder initiatives such as SA 8000. In practice, Prof Chen made an intensive study of labor law and published a serial of books on labor regulation.
Prof Chen is also a senior consultant of Shenzhen Corporate Management Advisory. His training has been highly recommended by past participants for his hands-on, clear, participatory and lively training style and for his strong facilitation skills.
Li Rong Hua
Mr. Li is the founder of Guangzhou Journey of Heart Physiological Consultation Center and now serves as the executive director. He is an international registered EAP consultant and a member of International EAP Association. He has been working in Physiology for over 20 years and developed a systematic treatment for handicap of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, trepidation and compulsion.
In 2006, he established a first free psychological consultation and aid center for migrant workers in China.
Hu Jian Hui
Mr. Hu holds BA degree in Hygiene Management and serves as the chief doctor of Zhongshan Prevention and therapeutic center for occupation-related diseases. He is also a registered EAP consultant. Prior to this, Mr. Hu has been working as a chief of prevention and health section for Pou Chen Footwear Group (Zhongshan) Branch for 5 years, where he managed hygiene and health training, EAP interventions, prevention of occupational-related diseases and internal EHS audit.
Mr. Hu has worked extensively with a number of manufactures and local authority. Mr. Hu is a enthusiastic volunteer and a member of Municipal Technological Practitioner Volunteer Association.
