Prior to providing training and solutions to factories, we'll perform a gap analysis against general codes requirement. The gap assessment (or gap analysis) is a Supply Chain Responsibility (SCR) evaluation tool enabling us to compare factory's actual performance with its potential performance. This provides us with insight into areas that offer opportunity for improvement. The gap assessment process involves determining, documenting and analyzing the variance between codes requirements and current capabilities.
We'll submit a detailed gap analysis report to factory management and hold a meeting with senior management to communicate the findings. A serial of tailored training workshops will be arranged for all levels to raise SCR awareness and enhance self-improvement capacity.
